Do not and I repeat do not use this business for anything. I was scammed into paying a ridiculous amount for a power steering pump and was told that would fix my problem. We'll of course they found something else that was causing my leak and wanted to charge me $340 for a $38 dollar piece that you can get at Advanced Auto. They never came when they said they would. I got excuse after excuse why they didn't show. PLEASE DON'T EVEN CONSIDER THESE PEOPLE FOR EVEN PUTTING AIR IN YOUR TIRE. They are crooks. I specifically asked the technician to leave the car alone when they told me something else was wrong I told him that I didn't have the cash at this time and to not touch it. We'll then I got a call from him saying that he already took the hose off when I adamantly told him to leave it alone. Now I can't even drive my car to go get the part at the auto store. My car is undriveable right now because of this. Do yourself a favor and go to a dealership where at least you know upfront that your getting screwed.

I hired Maicol Mobile Mechanic to diagnose and repair my 2017 Toyota RAV4 after an electrical problem. I paid $1,400 through Zelle to M&M Smart Loads LLC: a $120 diagnostic fee followed by $1,280 for “parts and labor.” The technician replaced the battery and electronic throttle body. However, I was not provided with an itemized invoice, individual parts and labor prices, replacement-part numbers, purchase receipts, or the test results used to justify replacing the throttle body. The diagnostic report showed a throttle-actuator performance fault along with power-supply voltage and communication faults, but it did not state that the complete throttle body required replacement. My original throttle body was also not returned to me. I was told in writing that the battery and electrical parts had a one-year warranty. After the repair, the vehicle developed a noise during acceleration. When I requested a warranty inspection, I was told, “your parts are under warranty not the job,” and that another payment was required before a technician would be dispatched. Communication was terrible. We only received responses after repeatedly calling, and when we explained that the repair wasn't completed, our concerns were ignored. We felt the company didn't take responsibility for what we believe was an incorrect diagnosis and made no effort to resolve the issue or offer a refund. Overall, poor customer service, poor communication, and no accountability. I would not recommend this company.

Great Service!!!!! My car wouldn't car start, so I called Maicol Mobile Mechanic. They came out promptly, diagnosed the issue, and had my vehicle back on the road the very same day. The technician was professional, knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend their service to anyone needing fast and reliable mobile mechanic work!

Don’t know why the negative reviews but these guys were AMAZING!! Found them at the last minute and got my vehicle right back on the road within 2hrs max. Even in the freezing cold they still serviced me with no problem. Definitely will recommend
